Dot's Toffee
This was always one of my favorite things about Christmas. This candy is so addictive to me and one of the main resaons I always gained weight during the season. It's real easy to make, but you have to be patient enough to wait until you reach the light crack stage. Supposedly 270°. Also one way to test it is to drop a bit into cold water. It should harden.
