This is my favorite Christmas snack. I start making some in November and make more as needed. I have a really large roasting pan, so this all fits. For smaller pans just proportionally reduce the amounts. I don't really measure anything. You will learn to adjust to your taste each time you make it. So, besides the cereal and nuts, these are suggestions
1 12oz box of Corn Chex
1 12oz box of Rice Chex
1 12oz box of cheerios
1c butter (at least)
2T Worcester sauce
1 large can of lightly salted peanuts
Garlic Powder to taste (at least 3 T)
Celery Salt to taste (a least 2 T)
Preheat oven to 350
Pour the cereals and peanuts into a large roasting pan.
Melt butter in a microwave
Add the Worcester sauce and stir
Sprinkle the garlic powder and celery salt over the cereal mixture and mix in
Pour the butter and Worcester sauce over cereal mix a little at time stirring as you go along.
Bake for about 1/2 hour stirring half way through.
I don't have a good photo of it. Will take one next Christmas and update this. Ignore the pretzels in this one and picture peanuts!! :) It also will be darker when baked. Try it with a nice glass of Bailey's!! delish!
