Horseradish Sauce

This is a great sauce for fish or steak or maybe even some vegetables. Make it your own by increasing or decreasing na ingredient.

INGREDIENTS:

Mayonnaise

Sour Cream

Horseradish

Lemon

for fries replace lemon with honey

Mix ingredients together. Amount depends on your taste and quantity. 3 mayonnaise to 1 sour cream is good. Maybe 2 T of horse radish to 1c of the rest and a good squeeze of 1/2 a large lemon.

Very good sauce for fish, especially salmon.

For fries, skip the lemon and add about 1 1/2 T of honey to 1C of mayo/sour cream.
